And on the THIRD hand, I ALSO found a thread mentioning a bug that could occur to Currie and Strong alike, causing them to lose the ability to gain or lose approval by any means. On the other hand, I also found some threats that said he was bugged and simply didn't show the 'Strong liked that' line like he's supposed to. However, the wiki ALSO says that he likes STEALING, which should make him just as easy and simple to max out as MacReady, without having to break for personal quests inbetween! Only, I tried stealing some stuff with him standing right next to me, and he didn't seem to care. So, from what I can read, he liked killing innocents (which I won't do, since it seems likely to screw things up, and I just don't have that many innocents available anyway), eating corpses (which requires a special perk, and way more Endurance than I have) and threatening people (which there are way too few opportunities to do). What with him hating lockpickings, powered armor, talking, and the smiles on little babies' faces (probably), you really can't bring him for 'general' questing. He dislikes morally corrupt acts (stealing, picking locks, etc), but doesn’t have anything against looting dead bodies.Trying to max out all the Companions for their perks, but Strong is just ridiculous. His current goal in life is looking for compassion (or “the milk of human kindness”, as he calls it), so acting in a compassionate manner towards others will almost certainly score you points with him. Once you release them, just stay hidden and let them fight instead. After you talk to Rex and Strong, go to the terrace on the top and get the Trinity Tower Cell Key from the chest.
When you defeat him, look for a man in a cage. When you reach the penultimate floor, you’ll have to fight a mini-boss called Fist. How to get Strong You’ll have to finish the Curtain Call quest, in which you climb the tower and fight off a bunch of Super Mutants. If you tune into it, you’ll get a quest called Curtain Call.
When you go near the tower, you’ll start receiving the Trinity Tower radio signal. He is being held prisoner there, in a cell on the top of the tower. Strong’s Location Strong is located in Trinity Tower, a bit east from Diamond City.
